Sponsorship Director – London Beefeaters
Position: Sponsorship Director
Location: London, ON
Commitment: Part-time, Compensation TBD
About the Role:
The Sponsorship Director is responsible for securing sponsorships and partnerships to support the London Beefeaters. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, developing sponsorship proposals, and fostering relationships with businesses and organizations to generate financial and in-kind support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sponsorship strategy to secure funding and in-kind donations.
- Identify and engage potential sponsors, cultivating long-term relationships.
- Manage sponsor agreements, ensuring all deliverables and commitments are met.
- Track sponsorship contributions and provide reports on impact and engagement.
- Work closely with the executive team to align sponsorship efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in sales, fundraising, or sponsorship development (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
- Organized, proactive, and goal-driven.
- Passion for sports and community engagement.

Social Media & Content Creator – London Beefeaters
Position: Social Media & Content Creator
Location: London, ON
Commitment: Part-time, Compensation TBD
About the Role:
The Social Media & Content Creator will be responsible for managing the London Beefeaters' online presence, creating engaging content, and growing our digital community. This role involves capturing and sharing exciting moments, promoting events, and keeping fans informed and engaged across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging graphics, videos, and written posts to highlight team news, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Manage posting schedules and monitor engagement across platforms.
- Capture live content at games, events, and practices.
- Respond to messages and interact with fans to build community engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sponsorship teams to promote partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/video editing tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for football and sports content.
