Scott Wilkinson is an experienced football coach and program leader with over 15 years of dedicated service to youth and junior football development. A fixture in the London football community, Coach Wilkinson brings a unique blend of tactical coaching expertise and executive-level organizational leadership to the program.

Coach Wilkinson operates with an athlete-first development mindset, believing that the field is a classroom for life. His programs are built on a foundation of accountability, discipline, and maximum effort, ensuring that every player develops not just as an athlete, but as a leader. By prioritizing meticulous preparation and adaptability, he fosters a team culture rooted in community pride and professional excellence.

With a coaching career spanning over a decade and a half, Scott has been instrumental in developing talent for the London Minor Football Association (LMFA) and the Forest City Thunderbirds. His ability to mentor athletes and assist them in progressing to higher levels of competition is a hallmark of his career.

Beyond the sidelines, Scott’s impact on the sport is felt at the administrative level. He served as the President of the LMFA from 2022 to 2025, providing strategic oversight for one of the region's largest community organizations. In this role, he managed league operations, coach development, and governance, always with a primary focus on athlete safety and organizational accountability. He continues to support the sport's growth as a Board Member and Past President of the association.

In 2024, Scott founded 1st Team Football Clinics, a program designed to bridge the gap between skill development and athlete exposure.
