With a coaching career spanning over a decade and a half, Scott has been instrumental in developing talent for the London Minor Football Association (LMFA) and the Forest City Thunderbirds. His ability to mentor athletes and assist them in progressing to higher levels of competition is a hallmark of his career.
Beyond the sidelines, Scott’s impact on the sport is felt at the administrative level. He served as the President of the LMFA from 2022 to 2025, providing strategic oversight for one of the region's largest community organizations. In this role, he managed league operations, coach development, and governance, always with a primary focus on athlete safety and organizational accountability. He continues to support the sport's growth as a Board Member and Past President of the association.
